Copyright Infringement

E-Mail
(Unsolicited Email, Proxy Email, SPAM, Email Bombing) Any sending or receiving of mass unsolicited emails, either directly or by use of dedicated servers to proxy email, is a direct violation of our acceptable use policy. This includes the direct sending and receiving of such emails, support of such emails via webpage, splash page or other related sites, or the advertisement of such services. This also includes the use of dedicated services to act in concert with other services located on and outside of the network to send such messages to unrelated third parties. The use of email services to send, return, bounce or forward email to specified users with the intention to interfere with services, or overflow email services is a direct violation of the acceptable use policy.

IRC
Hexosphere does not allow the hosting of any IRC servers, scripts, bots or other related programs on its network. Installing or hosting any of these is a direct violation of the acceptable use policy. This includes other types chat servers, or any version of live chat. Forum based applications are acceptable.

Site Content
Hexosphere does not allow the use of services in a direct attempt of statutory illegal activities. This includes but is not limited to : death threats, terroristic threats or incitement, threats of harm to another individual, multi-level marketing schemes, ponzi schemes, invasion of privacy, credit card fraud, racketeering, defamation slander, advocation of human violence, hate crimes based on religion, ethnicity or country of origin. This is seen as direct violation of the acceptable use policy.

Child Ponography
Hexosphere does not accept ANY child pornography content and or links to related sites. The hosting or advertising of child pornography, or related sites or contact information is in direct violation of federal law and the acceptable use policy.

Fraudulent Activities
Hexosphere prohibits utilizing hosting services or network services for fraudulent activities. Notification of fraudulent activities by verified third parties can result in violation of the acceptable use policy.

Distribution Of Malware :
Hexosphere prohibits the storage, distribution, fabrication, or use of malware including virus software, root kits, password crackers, adware, key stroke capture programs and other programs normally used in maicious activity. This is seen as a direct violation of the acceptable use policy.

Phishing
Hexosphere strictly prohibits any activity associated with Phishing or systems designed to collect personal information (name, account numbers, usernames, passwords, etc.) under false pretences. Splash pages, phishing forms, email distribution, proxy emaikl or any relation to phishing activities are in direct violation of the acceptable use policy.

Torrenting
Hexosphere strictly prohibits all use of torrent scripts, tracking and linking to illegal and/or copyrighted material. Any activity of such nature found on this server is in direct violation of the acceptable use policy.

Denial Of Service (DOS)
Hexosphere prohibits the use of servies or network services for the origination or control of denial of service attacks or distributed denial of service attacks. Any relation to DOS or DDOS type activity is a direct violation of the acceptable use policy.

IP Addresses
IP addresses are owned solely by Hexosphere and it's associated datacenter. You have no ownership or transfer rights over any IPs that you rent from us.
